Woman ID'd Following Crash In Cumberland County: Coroner An 81-year-old woman has died in a crash in Newburg, the Cumberland County Coroner’s Office announced on Monday, Sept. 25. The woman has been identified by the coroner as Betty J. Eyer of Newburg. She was the driver of a vehicle involved in a multiple-vehicle crash at the intersection of Enola and Three Square Hollow roads, Newburg, Hopewell Township at approximately 2:05 p.m. on Sept. 23, the coroner explained. Lebanon Man's Dash Cam Shows Him Slash Driver In 'Road Rage Incident' Police Say A Lebanon convict appears to have called the police on himself following a "road rage incident," police explained in a release on Sept. 21. Robert J. Marinkov told the police that another man pulled him "out of his truck and began kicking and fighting," around 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 30, Manheim Township police said. Pedestrian 'Incident' On I-81 At Maryland Border Clears: PennDOT Part of Interstate 81 shut down in Central Pennsylvania on Friday morning, according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler. The "pedestrian-related incident" happened at mile marker 1 on Sept. 22 shortly before 7:40 a.m., Schreffler detailed to Daily Voice. The southbound lanes closed between exit 3 to Molly Pitcher Highway and the Maryland border, according to PennDOT. Water Outage Shutters School In Central PA A Central Pennsylvania elementary school is closed due to a water shortage. The sudden announcement of the closure came from the Lower Dauphin School District around 7 a.m. on Sept. 21 — the same day as the closure. Only the Londonderry Elementary School within the direct is affected by the outage and closure. All other schools in the district will operate on normal schedules, according to the district.

Who Died After Rescue From Fire A York County Community is rallying for the family of a woman who died following a house fire in South Central Pennsylvania on Tuesday.
