Upper Saddle River police say driver had baton, heroin, Molly

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Upper Saddle River police arrested a Paterson man who they said was carrying a police-style baton along with 70 bags of heroin and a small amount of Molly.

Troy Blair, 39, was charged with manufacturing or distributing drugs, having drug paraphernalia and weapons possession after officers investigated a suspicious vehicle on Route 17 over the weekend.

He was being held on $50,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
