The indictment returned by a grand jury in Hackensack also charges Jennifer Feola with heroin possession.

Responding to a 911 call from a local business owner the night of Jan. 25, officers arrested Feola, 38, after finding her unconscious and the blond-headed boy in back, police said at the time.

They seized 32 bags of heroin, a hypodermic needle and a crack pipe, Detective Lt. Edward Kane told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

The state Division of Child Protection and Permanency placed the youngster with a family member.

Feola, currently of the Orange County town of New Windsor in New York, posted $15,000 bail and was released from the Bergen County Jail three days after her arrest.
