WALDWICK, N.J. -- Theresa H. “Terry” (Coyle), of Waldwick, died Nov. 16. She was 91.
She was born in Paterson and lived in Waldwick for 70 years.
She is the oldest surviving member of the Waldwick Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She worked for IBM in Franklin Lakes until her retirement in 1988 and for Marriott Corporation for several years thereafter. She was a member of St. Luke’s Church in Ho-Ho-Kus
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph; brothers, Richard and Robert Coyle; and sisters, Ruth Andrychewicz, Evelyn Ackerman, Patricia DeProspo and Rosalind Azua.
She is survived by her children, JoAnn Leonard and her husband Michael and Helena Lenc and her husband Stanley; grandchildren, Allison and Kevin Collucci, Beth and Michael McGovern, Daniel and Sheri Lenc, Patrick and Meredith Leonard, Jeffrey and Suzanne Lenc; 11 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Leo Coyle, Agnes Corasio, Helen Swan and Bernice Coyle.
The family will receive friends from 3-8 p.m. Sunday at Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. There will be a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Luke’s Church, 340 Franklin Turnpike, Ho-Ho-Kus.
