SADDLE RIVER, N.J. –Catherine S. Butler, of Saddle River, died Tuesday, Jan. 19. She was 92.
Butler was born Dec. 13, 1923, in Edgewater, to Robert H. Butler and Lucy (nee Gaughran) Butler, growing up in the Bronx, N.Y. and living in New Milford.
She worked as a New York Telephone Company accounting department manager.
Butler was predeceased by her parents; brother, Frank; two sisters, Ellen, and Anne Nealon; one niece; one nephew; and two grand-nephews.
She is survived by her sister, Joan Butler Gore; sister-in-law Helen Butler; seven nieces; five nephews; and many grand-nieces, grand-nephews, neighbors and friends.
The Boulevard Funeral Home in New Milford handled the arrangements.
