Midland Park Officer Back To Work After Being Fired Over ATV DUI

MIDLAND PARK, N.J. -- Midland Park Police officer who was fired more than four years ago for an ATV DUI, has been reinstated to the police department, according to NorthJersey.com. 

Joseph Gaeta, 35, whose blood alcohol level allegedly was 0.135 percent at the time of the incident, fought the charges in court, and won his appeal in Superior Court in July 2013, according to NorthJersey.com.
