HO-HO-KUS, N.J. — An after-school cooking class for Ho-Ho-Kus Elementary School students takes place on Wednesday, Jan. 20, at Chef Central in Paramus.

The class is open to children in grades 1-4 and is designed to teach basic cooking skills in an interactive setting. Class runs from 4-5:30 p.m.

On the menu: sautéed chicken tenders with a lemon glaze and sautéed spinach with tomato concassé.

Cost of the class is $25 and it is open to Ho-Ho-Kus Elementary School students only. Chef Central is at 240 Route 17 North, Paramus.
