More Heinous Accusations Made Against Allendale Masseur Charged With Sex Assault Of Clients

Additional charges have been filed against a Bergen County massage therapist who is accused of sexually assaulting yet another client in a groteseque way, authorities announced Monday, April 7.

Dequan Cedeno, 35, of Teaneck, who worked at Hand & Stone Spa in Allendale, was initially arrested Saturday, March 15 for digitally penetrating a victim during a massage, as previously reported by Daily Voice.

Subsequent investigation found Cedeno also sexually assaulted a female client on Feb. 19 at the Allendale spa, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Specifically, Cedeno groped the victim, touched the victim's genitals and used her feet to masturbate himself, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Daily Voice

He was arrested on Monday, April 7 and charged with fourth degree sexual contact and remanded to the Bergen County Jail, Musella said.
