Four to six inches of mixed precipitation is expected to fall late Monday night into Tuesday morning, with ice accumulations expected Tuesday afternoon and evening, the National Weather Service says. Temps will hit a high of 34 and a low of 31.

Weather Advisories and Winter Storm Watches are in effect for the entire region.

Precipitation will likely begin as snow or sleet and gradually transition to a mix of sleet and freezing rain, the NWS says. Regardless of whether precipitation falls more as snow or as sleet/freezing rain, hazardous travel conditions are likely.

Wednesday morning calls for a slight chance of rain and snow showers before 7 a.m., with temps in the low 40s.

Valentine's Day will be mostly sunny with a high in the low 40s.
