The man became pinned under the truck at the Blair Academy maintenance shop on Park Street in Blairstown shortly after 10:40 a.m., initial reports say.
The man was removed from underneath the truck, treated at the scene and airlifted to a local hospital with a severe leg injury, the report said.
Blairstown Police did not immediately respond to a request for additional details.
