Pro wrestling Hall of Famer turned adult entertainment star Tammy “Sunny” Sytch spent a night in jail after threatening to kill an "intimate partner" with a pair of scissors at the Jersey Shore, authorities said. Tamara Lynn Sytch, 49, "appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol" when she raised the scissors in the air and threatened to kill the unidentified man early Thursday in Keansburg, a complaint on file in Superior Court in Freehold alleges. NJ Woman Charged With Murder In Husband's 'Accidental' Shooting Death: Prosecutor
A 73-year-old woman from Monmouth County has been charged with murder in the shooting death of her husband, authorities said. Michele Linzalone was charged with first-degree murder and second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, according to Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey. Middletown police were called to 29 Borden Road for a shooting just before 10:15 a.m. Monday. Howell PD: Freehold Pair Nabbed With Help From K9 Vito
A teenage driver was captured with help from a Howell Police Department K9 after trying to flee on foot, authorities said. The 17-year-old boy was spotted driving erratically on Route 9 near Aldrich Road when police tried to stop him about 1:50 a.m. on Monday, Howell police said in a statement. The driver pulled onto the road's shoulder but suddenly accelerated entering the Freewood Acres section of the Township "with total disregard of the signal to stop (emergency lights/siren)," police said.
