Man, 40, Accused Of Stabbing Parent Arrested At NJ Mall, Police Say A 40-year-old East Brunswick man has been arrested in connection with stabbing one of his parents, authorities said. Heng Shao is believed to have stabbed one of his parents in a home on Buttonwood Drive in East Brunswick, local police said. East Brunswick police were notified by Sayreville police around 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 12. The victim subsequently fled to safety at a home on Winding Woods Drive in Sayreville before being taken to a local area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
