Update: Garfield Woman, 27, Killed In Fiery Meadowlands Tow Truck Crash A 27-year-old Garfield woman who was pronounced dead at the scene of a fiery overnight crash near the Meadowlands "always had a song in her head and her heart," a loved one wrote in tribute. A sedan driven by Alysha Menzies apparently slammed into the back of a flatbed tow truck on westbound Route 3 near Route 120 in East Rutherford shortly after 4 a.m. Friday, May 6, responders said.
