Shoe Drive Throughout Bergen County Benefits Domestic Violence Victims BERGEN COUNTY, N. J. -- Gently used shoes are being collected at several Bergen County locations throughout this month to benefit The Center for Hope and Safety, a local organization that provides services to domestic violence victims. Organized by the GFWC Paskack Junior Woman's Club, the shoe drive is taking place through Dec. 1 at local libraries in River Vale, Park Ridge and Washington Township.
