Norwalk Police Department Celebrates Two Promotions

NORWALK, CONN. -- The Norwalk Police Department is celebrating the promotion of two officers, Sgt. Ryan Evarts and Detective John Sura.

Both were promoted during a police commission meeting at Norwalk police headquarters that was attended by other police officials, Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling and officers' family members.
