Charles Florio is bringing his development plans for the Auburn Arms to the Paterson Planning Board on Monday, according to northjersey.com.

The proposal has mixed reaction from community stakeholders, with the mayor and church groups cautiously in favor.

City officials closed an apartment building nearby after a shooting resulted in the death of a 16-year-old, according to northjersey.com.
