MAHWAH, N.J. – The Angelica and Russ Berrie Center for performing and visual arts at Ramapo College of New Jersey will present The Les Paul Festival from 7:30-10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27 in the Sharp Theater.
The concert will include Nicki Parrott, Dave Stryker, John DiMartino and Alvin Atkinson. Born in Newcastle, Australia, Parrott began performing Monday nights at the Iridium Jazz Club with the legendary guitarist and inventor, Les Paul, as part of the Les Paul Trio, in June 2000. The bass player and vocalist has been awarded honors such as Swing Journal's "Best Jazz Vocal Album" and the "Gold Disc Award."
Tickets prices range from $24 to $30.
