NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. — Wanda D. LaMattina, 96, of North Arlington, died Monday, Oct. 17.
Born in Newark, she lived in North Arlington since 1951.
Before retiring in 1985, she worked as an assistant for Walter Kidde in Belleville. Earlier, she worked as a shop steward for R.C.A. in Harrison.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph LaMattina.
She is survived by her children, Janice Greenfield, Phyllis LaMattina, Cheryl Hoch and the late Patricia Turoczi; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sister, Helen Wrubel.
There will be a funeral at 9 a.m. Friday at the Parow Funeral Home, 185 Ridge Road, North Arlington thence to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 10 Franklin Place, North Arlington for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. The family will receive friends from 3-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
