WALLINGTON, N.J. – Konstanty Brzek, a resident of Wallington, died Thursday, March 3. He was 91.
He was employed at Okonite Cable Co. in Passaic for 42 years and retired in 1989. He was also a parishioner at Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Wallington for over 60 years, and also attended St. Mary's Church in Korona, Fla.
He is survived by his wife, Danuta; his children, Cecilia Torres; Elizabeth Brzek; Helen and her husband, Ico Cimera; Regina Brzek and her husband, Jim Brittain; his grandchildren, Alexander Torres and his wife, Zan; Amy Torres; Milan, Daniel, and Nicholas Cimera; his great grandson, Tyson Torres; and his sister, Cecylia Szala.
He was predeceased by his brothers, Joseph and Walter; and his sisters, Bronislawa and Stefka Sobczyk.
Visiting will be 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave, Wallington. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, March 10, at The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 127 Paterson Ave, Wallington, NJ.
