WALLINGTON, N.J. -- Allan Frank Popek, a lifetime resident of Wallington, died on Friday, Dec. 2. He was 68.

He was a security guard for the Bowles Security Company in Clifton. He was also an Exempt Firefighter for the Wallington Fire Department Park Row Hose Company 3, a member of the Wallington Volunteer Ambulance Corps, and a parishioner of Most Sacred Heart of Jesus R.C. Church, Wallington. 

He is survived by his mother, Julia (nee Synovitz), sister, Gail P. Osetek, and her husband Robert. 

He is predeceased by his father, the late Frank A. Popek

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be the Wallington Fire Department, Hose Company 3, Park Row & Adamson Street, Wallington, NJ 07057, in memory of Allan Frank Popek.
