Rutherford's 55 Kip Center Launches 'Nutritious Meals For Seniors Program'

RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- 55 Kip Center in Rutherford is seeking additional funds to help serve home cooked meals to seniors.

The Center currently offers hot meals for seniors daily as well as a light breakfast. 

Full-course meals are offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

All food preparation is done on premises and is purchased at local stores. 

The Center also offers a full schedule of programs such as aerobics, Tai Chih Chi, Zumba, body strengthening, Arthritis Foundation exercise, dance classes, art, computer instruction, support groups, knitting/crochet, cards, bridge and board games, book discussion and creative writing.
