"With over a hundred enrollments between our Martial Arts and After School Enrichment Program, we are honored to be serving our community," said Master Allen, head instructor at Zentai.
"The love and support that we have received from the families has been amazing and we are looking forward to giving back while living out our passion of serving families through martial arts and fitness."
Zentai has already held several free anti-bullying workshops for kids, health talks and free self-defense workshops for women. They are also working with neighboring local schools, public libraries and Girl Scout troops to educate children on how to stop bullying.
In the Bully Proof Workshops, children are taught how to respond to different bullying situations. The children learned about the respect and responsibility. They are empowered to stand up for themselves and encouraged to stand up for others.
