Talia Scott, 13, was last seen in the 400 block of S. 13th Street around 9 a.m. She is 5'1", 115 lbs. and has long black braids and brown eyes. She wears eyeglasses and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue leggings, white ankle socks and black and white Converse sneakers.
