PA Creep Arranged To Meet Teen At Bergen County Hotel For Sex, Prosecutor Says
A 37-year-old Pennsylvania man is facing charges for arranging a sexual encounter with a child under 16 years old at a Bergen County, NJ hotel, authorities said. Thomas G. Rutledge, of Green Lane (Montgomery County) began talking with the child over Snapchat, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Rutledge was a stranger to the child, and engaged in "sexually explicit" conversations, Musella said.
