A registered sex offender from Wayne who served state prison time for downloading child porn is headed to a federal penitentiary this time after admitting that he did it again. A registered sex offender from Wayne who served state prison time for downloading child porn is looking at a mandatory 10 years in a federal penitentiary for doing it again, authorities said. One of the nation’s largest student loan servicers has screwed young borrowers in New Jersey, state authorities charged Tuesday in a blockbuster lawsuit against Navient.
