The 24-year-old woman told investigators that “she had socialized” with 36-year-old George G. Bibb and a female acquaintance the night of June 20 last year, then “awoke the following morning to (him) engaging in sexual activity with her without her consent,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this afternoon.

She then had a sexual assault examination at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, whose staffers notified Hackensack police, he said.

Interviewed by detectives from Molinelli’s Special Victims Unit and Hackensack police, the woman “provided specific details regarding what had occurred,” Molinelli said.

Bibb, of E. 92nd Street, was charged with one count of sexual assault following his arrest yesterday.
