Drivers traveling across the Tappan Zee Bridge using a New Jersey E-ZPass will now have to get one from New York if they want to keep their discounts, reports lohud.com.
Anyone who continues to use a New Jersey E-ZPass after the end of the billing cycle next month will pay the standard Tappan Zee E-ZPass toll of $4.75 per trip instead of the discounted $3, said lohud.com.
People can have tags from more than one state regardless of where they live, reports lohud.com.
