Tucker Development recently announced that Cycle Bar, Linwood Wine and Liquor, and Seesaw —a high-end fashion boutique — signed up for space.

The retail component of the 1 million-square-foot development is roughly 75% leased, the developer said.

The first phase is scheduled to open in late spring or early summer of 2016 and comprises approximately 140,000 square feet of retail and 276 luxury apartments.

Hudson Light’s lead tenant "iPic" is an eight-screen, 533-seat luxury dine-in movie theater. Other tenants include CVS, Capital One Bank and a 16 Handles.

The second phase of development includes 201 more residential units, 50,000 square feet of retail and parking and a 175-room hotel.

Tucker Development also has the option of building an office building up to 430,000 square feet.
