The programs are being presented to individuals receiving temporary shelter at the Bergen County Housing, Health and Human Services Center in Hackensack, a public-private partnership including The Housing Authority of Bergen County (HABC), Friendship House and Christ Church Community Development Corporation.
The center is designed to serve people who are homeless, individuals and families who are precariously housed and others who require linkage to community services.
"Valley is excited to provide budget and credit instruction to guests at the Bergen County Housing, Health and Human Services Center," VNB Territory Sales Manager Louis Knaub said in a press release.
"My colleagues and I look forward to assisting underserved individuals in our community in budgeting and credit," he said, "so they may have the financial skills that are essential when they obtain permanent housing."
