The piano appears to be in good shape and was salvaged from the Main Street buildings being demolished as part of the rehabilitation project.

Officials are trying hard to give the piano away so they won't have to demolish it next week during cleanup.

Stop by the State Street fence to give it a whirl. The piano is free, but the recipient will have to lug it home.
