Scott J. Bicking, 54, of Paulsboro originally was charged in Gloucester and Cumberland counties in March for sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

The latest assaults allegedly occurred several times in Woodbury and Vineland, police said.

Bicking, who has been held in Cumberland County Correctional Facility, is due to appear in court on the new indictment on Wednesday. The indictment accuses Bicking of touching a boy's genitals.

In an earlier case, Bicking pleaded guilty to criminal sexual contact charge involving several boys in the pro shop of a New Jersey ice skating rink that he co-owned in 2013.

Bicking previously served prison time in Delaware for similar crimes against minors at a skating rink in Newark, Delaware, according to NJ Advance Media.

He has been registered as a sex offender ever since his release from prison in 2019.

Acting GCPO Prosecutor Christine Hoffman and Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae, in a press statement, praised detectives from both offices "who worked tenaciously as a team across jurisdictional boundaries to pursue numerous investigative leads, leading to the charges against Bicking."
