'Rap Was Discovered In My Pizzeria,' Englewood Owner Says ENGLEWOOD, N.J. — Crispy Crust Pizza Shop Owner Craig Colombo is quick to point out that rap music was discovered in his Englewood pizzeria. The Sugarhill Gang, an Englewood-based group, is credited with creating the first rap song, Rapper's Delight, in his Palisade Avenue shop. Community Remembers Late Owner Of Lyndhurst's Spiekermann Bakery LYNDHURST, N.J. — More than $2,500 had been raised as of Thursday morning on a GoFundMe account honoring the longtime owner of Lyndhurst's Spiekermann Bakery. Joe Spiekermann of Secaucus died on Feb. 3. He was 68 years old. "Joe was an angel on earth," childhood friend Tara Krajewski said on the page. All funds will be donated to the Spiekermann family for expenses.
