LODI, N.J. -- No serious injuries or charges resulted after a Lodi man's gun discharged, startling neighbors, while he was cleaning it Tuesday morning, police told Daily Voice.
The man received medical attention but was OK following the 9 a.m. incident at a Kimming Avenue housing complex, Lt. Robert Salerno said.
The gun, which the lieutenant said is legally registered, apparently slipped from the man's hands, he said.
