GARFIELD, N.J. -- Louis Krzych of Garfield, died on Monday, March 20. He was 93.
Krzych was a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he earned a degree in Engineering, and was also a member of its Alumni Association. He was a Mechanical Engineer at the Picitinny Arsenal in Dover for 30 years retiring in 1985. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in WWII, an avid St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan, and loved golfing.
He was the beloved husband of Regina (nee Watroba), devoted father of Matthew Krzych, and his wife Deborah, of Tiverton, R.I., and Louis Krzych, Jr., and his wife Maja, of Porstmouth, R.I., loving grandfather of Hayden, Madelyn, Marisa, and Maci.
