John Psonis, 79, of Fort Lee

FORT LEE, N.J -- John Psonis, of Fort Lee, died on Saturday, Sept. 17. He was 79.

Psonis was the former owner of Mykonas Cafe and Paradise Cafe.

He is survived by his wife, Malamati, and his children, Nicholas, Konstantinos, Christina, Betty and Joanna.

Visiting hours will be from 5-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the Hunt-Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Ave., in Fort Lee. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home, and a funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at the Ascension Greek Orthodox Church, in Fairview. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery.
