Fort Lee Man Arrested For Sexual Conduct With Two Children: Officials

A 45-year-old Fort Lee man has been charged with endangering the welfare of two juveniles, whom he engaged in sexual conduct with for at least three years, according to police paperwork and court records.

Kyu Chul Kim was arrested on Wednesday, March 12, after investigators determined he had endangered two minors under the age of sixteen in Fort Lee, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced Friday, March 14.

Police paperwork obtained by Daily Voice shows that Kim sexually touched two children over their clothing. Kim engaged in sexual conduct with the juveniles from January 2018 to March 2025, according to the criminal complaint.

Following the investigation, Kim was charged with two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child (sexual conduct), prosecutors said. 

Kim was remanded to Bergen County Jail and is awaiting a first court appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, authorities said.
