Fort Lee Film Commission 'Scares Up' History On Halloween Jitney Tour

FORT LEE, N.J.– A Halloween Historic Jitney Tour will show attendees the "Ghost" of Fort Lee Oct. 30.

"Join us for this tour of the secret haunts and hallows," organizers said. "From the ghosts of the Revolutionary War to the ghosts of our old film studios, we will scare up some history." 

Fort Lee Film Commission Executive Director Tom Meyers will guide the tour. 

"We do not pre-select the route," he said. "It is always a surprise to our guests."

The event is free but admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Sign up is from 9-11 a.m. the day of at the Fort Lee Film Commission's table the the Farmer's Market. 

The bus will leave each hour from the Community Center, 1355 Inwood Terrace, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
