Fort Lee Celebrating Paws In The Park

FORT LEE, N.J. -- Fort Lee families and pets will celebrate Halloween with Paws in the Park Oct. 31.

Paws in the Park will feature a Halloween costume contest for dogs.

Paws in the Park will feature pet adoptions, holistic remedies, free nail clippings, training tips, local vendors, a photo booth, free ice cream for pups and more. A Halloween contest will feature awards for the best, funniest and scariest dog costumes.

For the humans, the event will feature music, food, face painting, pumpkin decorating, trick-or-treating and more.

The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Fort Lee Recreation Center at the bottom of Stillwater Avenue.
