Located at Terrace Avenue's Heights Plaza, the six-story building is owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack.

G3 Communications is a digital media company that specializes in B2B marketing.

“We are excited to be relocating into larger offices at Heights Plaza, a move necessary to accommodate our growing team,” said Andrew Gaffney, president of G3 Communications.

“We are planning to take advantage of the larger conference space we are gaining in our new offices to host more industry roundtables and events."

The firm is relocating to Heights Plaza from another Hasbrouck Heights location. The company has been ranked one of the fastest-growing companies in New Jersey by Inc. Magazine, as well as one of the best places to work by NJBIZ.

"The building’s proximity to New York City and easy access to major highways will make it easy for guests to travel to our new offices," Gaffney said, "and the on-site catering will be great for our employees and visitors.”
