Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

Pedestrian Struck, Killed Along Route 130 In Camden County A pedestrian was struck and killed along Route 130 in Pennsauken, authorities said. Haddon's Ronald Aldrich, 56, Fought Long Cancer Battle Ronald Aldrich, of Haddon Township, died on March 23 after a long battle with cancer, according to an obituary published by Alloway Funeral Home. He was 56 years old. Ronnie worked with his best friend John at Paramount Building Services specializing in mold remediation for 30 years.  Ronnie enjoyed sports, especially football, his obit said. His biggest thrill in life was riding roller coasters. The bigger the better! He would travel just to be able to ride a “bad” roller coaster.
