Lyndhurst Mayor Awards Scholarships To Five High School Seniors

LYNDHURST, N.J. — Lyndhurst Mayor Robert Giangeruso awarded five high school seniors $500 scholarships each for academic achievement.

The Mayor Robert B. Giangeruso scholarships were awarded during the John C. MacLean Awards ceremony Wednesday night at Lyndhurst High School.

The recipients:

  • Lindsay Henning
  • Evangelia Pelidis
  • Nicole Plonski
  • Ashley Stephens
  • Estela Vazquez

Each student also received a medal of recognition.

Fees paid to the mayor to conduct marriage ceremonies fund the scholarships.
