A "female victim" was walking south in the 50 block of South High Street around 12:25 a.m. on Sept. 14 when a group of three white, college-aged men was walking north toward her, West Chester police said.
As the group of men passed her, one of them groped her breast and continued walking north, police said.
The West Chester Police Department is asking anyone with information regarding the incident to contact Ofc. Long at (610)-696-2700.
