Fair Lawn Police Bust 6 In Pot Sale Robbery

FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- Six Fair Lawn men jumped another after arranging to meet him for a marijuana sale in a Home Depot parking lot, authorities said.

Detectives broke the case after the 18-year-old was assaulted in the McLean Avenue lot and had $368 in cash, credit cards, a phone charger, a hat and the marijuana taken on Nov. 9, Sgt. Brian Metzler said Monday morning.

He had planned to meet two of them for a pot sale when the others showed up, he said. They then ran off, Metzler said.

Ordered held on $65,000 bail were Malik Contee, 20, and Zachary Lous, 18. Ordered held on $50,000 bail were Luke Emerson, 20, Colin Sheehan, 19, and Aric McCray and Marc Terwilliger, both 18.

All were charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.

Louis and Sheehan posted bail and were released.
