FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- Anna B. Edwards, a longtime resident of Fair Lawn, died on Sunday, June 12. She was 96.
Born and raised in Paterson, Edwards graduated from Eastside High School and worked in retail sales. She lived in Fair Lawn for over 65 years. She was a member of the Fair Lawn Friday Social Club, the Haledon AARP, the Fair Lawn Red Hats and a former member of the Paterson Women's Club.
Edwards is survived by her daughter, Barbara Anne and her husband William Bochet of Franklin Lakes. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Edwards; parents Michael and Stella Machno; and brother George Machno.
Visiting hours will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, June 15, at Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home, 13-31 Saddle River Rd., in Fair Lawn, followed by a funeral service at noon. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, in Paramus.
