FAIR LAWN, N.J. — Willy Wonka wasn't there, but Chamber of Commerce officials and the Fair Lawn mayor cut the ribbon on the grand opening of Chocolate Works on Saturday.

Store owner Andrea Collins opened the Promenade Boulevard shop as one of about 20 others across Manhattan, Westchester, Long Island and New Jersey (SEE:  Confectionery Delights Abound At Fair Lawn Chocolate Shop).
