UPDATE: A boy reported missing out of Newark has been located.
Jahzir Lopez, age 10, had last been seen leaving the 700 block of South 12th Street, walking towards Clinton Avenue at approximately 5:45 p.m. Friday, Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. O’Hara said.
