Man Who Ripped Victim's Pants During Sex Assault On Newark Street Sought By Police

The assault occurred on Jan 13 at Court Street and University Avenue, Newark police said.

He allegedly grabbed the woman, ripping her pants.

He is described as Hispanic, about 18 years old, 5-foot-6 inches tall, with a slim build. He was wearing yellow crocs, black pants and a black sweatshirt with red flannel inside.
