Know Them? Essex Prosecutor Seeks ID Of 3 In Connection With Deadly Stabbing

Authorities in Essex County are seeking the public's help in identifying three individuals wanted in connection with a deadly stabbing.

The three people pictured above are wanted in the stabbing death of Mario Esquivel Lopez, 28, of Newark, authorities said.

Charges have not been filed against the three people pictured above, wanted in the stabbing death of Mario Esquivel Lopez, 28, of Newark on Oct. 10, 2020, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, and Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. O’Hara said.

Lopez was fatally stabbed on the 400 block of 4th Avenue in the City of Newark.
