Authorities have identified the bicyclist struck and killed by multiple vehicles in East Orange last week.
Steven B. Allen, Jr., 26, of Orange, was riding on Freeway Drive and Evergreen Place when he was hit by several cars around 2 p.m., last Wednesday, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, and East Orange Police Director Dominick Saldida said.
Allen was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation remains active and ongoing and no charges were been filed against the drivers.
