Fair Lawn All Sports Kicks Off Soccer Season For Special Needs Athletes FAIR LAWN, N.J.– Fair Lawn All Sports and the borough's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Committee opened up registration for the fall soccer program for children with special needs. The "STARS" program runs from Sept. 17 until Nov. 12. It is open to children ages 5-15.
